Guenther Steiner (Merano, Italia, 1965) es ingeniero de automovilismo y director de equipo. Dirigió el equipo Haas F1 de Fórmula 1 desde 2014 hasta finales de 2023 y, previamente, fue el director general de Jaguar Racing y el director de operaciones técnicas de su posterior encarnación, Red Bull Racing. En 2014, Guenther convenció a Gene Haas, propietario de Haas Automation y del equipo Stewart-Haas Racing, ganador del campeonato de la NASCAR, para que entrara en la Fórmula 1. Con su primera participación en la temporada 2016, Haas se convirtió en el primer constructor estadounidense en competir en Fórmula 1 en los últimos treinta años. La salida de Guenther Steiner de Haas fue noticia internacional.
