Rita has chosen several beautiful Sanskrit mantras for parents and children alike to read aloud or sing together in order to enter into this Sacred space. There is no better time than now, to develop calming and grounding practices that help us remember--remember that Peace and Love are persistent and tenacious! Herein is a place where each of us might become more present to what is without becoming crushed by the sometimes harsh realities that can accompany the present.
