The winners of the 2007 event were Woodlands Wellington FC, who defeated Sengkang Punggol FC 4-0 in the final. A third-place match was also held between the two teams who lost in the semi-finals, and was won by Gombak United FC who defeated Home United FC 9-8 on penalties following a 1-1 draw.
