The purpose of this book strives to provide a comprehensive understanding of Singapore REITs. Beginning from the introduction of Singapore REITs, overview of the various sectors of S-REITs to understanding REITs rating methodology, industry valuation of REITs and eventually doing a comparison of S- REITs index with other asset classes index, evaluating the performance of S-REITs and giving recommendations to enhance the transparency of REITs in future. Ultimately, the report strives to provide the information for the investors to understand the performance and working mechanism behind S-REITs.
