Alain Oudot de Dainville, geboren am 15. März 1947 in Marsat, ist ein französischer Admiral. Er war 2001 Vizeadmiral, 2001 Generalmajor der Marine und 2005 schließlich Chef des Generalstabs der Marine. Er ist Großoffizier der Ehrenlegion, Kommandeur des nationalen Verdienstordens und Träger des Kreuzes des militärischen Wertes.
