Stuart Jonathan Wakefield was born and lives in Reading with his wife of thirty years, Susan and their three grown-up daughters. Stuart is a qualified printer and print finisher, having studied and gained a city and guilds from the London college of printing. He spent thirty years as a print finisher, manufacturing paperback books. Stuart is also a qualified swimming instructor, having spent eight years coaching at Reading swimming club, and the last five years working for Swimexpert and Hydrokids swim school. Stuart is a keen sports fan, follows Chelsea football club, and names Sir Ian Botham as his sporting hero.
