Alayna Setter is the mother of three exceptional young men and two cute rescue dogs, wife of 29 years to her wonderful husband, and author of the personal blog at whatwasmeant.com. As a survivor of an abusive upbringing and a rare disease, she knows firsthand the importance of ending harmful generational cycles and living life to the fullest. Through her publications, she seeks to bring light into the world and help others to use every tool available to them to truly enjoy their time on the planet.
