Autorenporträt
After his mothers death, he and his sibilings were placed in an orphanage by their father, where he stayed for the next eight years. From the age of ten to until he joined the Air Force at seventeen he would endure many hardships. During the four years in the Air Force he met and married his wife and had the first of five children. In 1966 he moved to California with his young family, where he worked for the Department of Corrections for the next thirty three years.
