Autorenporträt
M C Ward (aka Wardy) was brought up in a small town in Dorset, and sometimes wishes he'd stayed there. Welsh on his mother's side, he cannot see a choir and resist the temptation to sing in it. After graduating from the University of Hull with a degree in Italian, he decided to do a TEFL course in the early nineties to "work with languages" and buy some time while he decided what he really wanted to do. Thirty years on, he is still unable to choose. He taught English in Bournemouth, Verona and Málaga before emigrating to Brazil in 2002, where he currently lives with his wife and two chins. Due to genetically-inherited procrastination, Sitting on a Horse Facing Backwards is his first book.
