This makes university students a group that needs attention in relation to their sleep complaints so that prevention and early diagnosis of disorders can take place.

Renata Luna Ferreira and Débora Luiza Dias Henrique have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and graduated from the Univértix Faculty in Matipó-MG in 2018. They chose the topic because it is little discussed. Under the guidance of Prof. M. Sc. Rodrigo Ataíde dos Santos, also a Bachelor of Nursing, they dedicated their studies to what they had experienced during their years at university.
