Dr. Joseph Franklin Ntale is a senior lecturer at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He was born and raised in Uganda. He holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of Nairobi. MBA degree from the United States International University and a B.A. degree from Urban University, Rome & a Diploma from Katigondo Philosophicum Uganda.
