Stephen Kagwathi ist derzeit Vorsitzender der Business School der Africa Nazarene University-Kenia. Seit 2007 lehrt er an der gleichen Universität im Bereich des strategischen Managements. Er hat zahlreiche Veröffentlichungen in internationalen Fachzeitschriften wie dem Journal of Management and Sustainability und dem IOSR Journal of Business and Management veröffentlicht.
