Zhongfu Cui, born on December 4, 1961 in Xiantao, Hubei Province. Cui graduated from Renmin University of China with a major in industrial enterprise management in 1986. Cui is currently the Vice President and Secretary-General of CFLP, and Chairman of Asia Pacific Logistics Alliance. His research interests are logistics management and integrated transportation. Xifu Wang, Professor of Logistics Engineering at Beijing Jiaotong University, Traffic and Transportation school; PhD supervisor; smart logistics expert.
