Autorenporträt
Emily Harrison is a Certified Clinical Somatic Educator (CCSE) and somatic movement teacher. Emily is also a practitioner of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies, with specialist training in touch-based techniques to support early sensory-motor development, working with babies and children. Based in Australia, Emily enjoys supporting people of all ages and life stages from newborns to the elderly. She also draws on her background as a yoga and meditation teacher. Emily was drawn to somatic movement education having experienced first-hand the profound and empowering benefits that this system of neuromuscular education offers. She is the creator of the Smart Muscles Smart Brain program, weaving a developmental perspective alongside the foundational somatic movement exercises.
