SMEs operate in an environment over which they do not have complete control. As a result, certain actions are the responsibility of governments, which must play their part. The book provides avenues that governments can exploit or explore in order to create an environment in which the owners of intellectualproperty assets can enforce their rights.
Autorenporträt
Hassane Yacouba Kaffa studied law at the University of Lomé (Togo) and at CEIPI in Strasbourg (France). He has worked at the Nigerian Copyright Office, at the African Intellectual Property Organisation and at Nestlé. He is currently a consultant at the head of his firm Phenix I.P. Consulting.
