It's 2024, and every volcano in the Ring of Fire is grumbling; stretching their limbs, ready to erupt. These eruptions bring fiery ash, raining down upon the world. The snow-like ash leaves behind devastation, changing the world as we know it. Snow Angels follows people struggling to get through the end of the world. This chapbook captures the true essence of the world's end - forced change while being alone, regardless of if it was caused by an apocalypse or not.

Jacqueline Zalace is a poet based in Austin, Texas, where she lives with her partner and cat. This is her first chapbook, but her poetry has appeared in places like Literary Veganism, Clockwise Cat, Autumn Sky Daily, [Alternate Route], Superpresent, and Book of Matches. Writing poetry doesn't pay the bills though, so she also spends most of her time writing about video games. When not hunched over the keyboard writing, she can be found reading novels/manga, painting, or playing video games.
