Tobi Duckering grew up in a small farming community in rural Alberta. Here, having many wonderful adventures on the family farm, she developed a lifelong love of writing and country living. After marrying Dave and having children, Tobi soon realized she had a captive audience and storytelling became a big part of their life together. Through her background working with special needs children, Tobi has time and time again seen the power of a good story. Currently, Tobi and her family live on an Alberta acreage where they often get the chance to make the most of a spring snowstorm! Snow Pants in April is Tobi's first book.
