The world''s longest indoor slope with 640 m is in the AlpinCenter in Bottrop/Germany and the world''s first indoor black diamond with a 31 percent grade is in the SnowFunPark in Wittenburg/Germany. In November 2007 Chill Factore designed by FaulknerBrowns Architects opened in Manchester, UK making it the worlds widest slope at 100m at the bottom. In autumn 2009 construction started on a fourth 300 metre ski slope at SnowWorld, Zoetermeer, Netherlands.
