Elsibeth grew up on the west coast and is settled in Central Oregon. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and works in her community. With the support of her mother who encouraged her to share her story and her editor's thorough contribution she is making this dream a reality. Elsibeth is passionate about fashion, music and making the world a better place by being true to herself.
