Twist Phelan is the award-winning author of two adult mystery series, a standalone mystery, and a short story collection. Her work has won or been nominated for the Thriller, Ellis, Anthony, Shamus, Canadian Excellence, Derringer, and Irish Book awards. Twist received her bachelor's and law degrees from Stanford University, completing her undergraduate studies in just two years. An avid adventurer, Twist has traveled to almost ninety countries around the world. When she's not writing or exploring new destinations, you can find her biking, horseback riding, paddling, surfing, skiing, and (yes) snowboarding.
