Narzulla Zhuraev nació en 1952 en Bujara. Durante muchos años trabajó en diversos medios de comunicación. Es doctor en ciencias políticas, profesor, académico de la Academia de Ciencias del Mundo Antiguo y de la Academia de Ciencias de Turón. Un gran político, científico social y filósofo N. Juraev es autor de monografías, libros científicos, libros de texto, folletos.
