The premise of this book is that Solomon's teaching about the beginning of wisdom is completed in Jesus Christ, as shown in John's Gospel and applied in James's letter "to the twelve tribes scattered among the nations" (James 1:1). The author examines "what, why, and so what" answers that Jesus modeled, taught, and promised about godly wisdom. He also explores James's eight "so what" practices for developing wisdom with an eye toward eternity.
