After Lukas got out of prison they convert the fort into a small town and named it WHERE COWBOY ARE MADE. Flappy hears about this town and the news, but unfortunately for Flappy, he missed the first part of the news report, therefore missing the warning. Flappy, wanting to fulfill a childhood fantasy of becoming a cowboy. But he didn't know that the town was owned by the guy he and his brother put in prison. But now Lukas owns the town, where he's Mayor, sheriff judge, and prosecutor. Prison life made him hard, So his a mean dude. But it's one guy Lukas is terrified of. They called him Sleepy.
