Lukas and his brother Randy are former high school classmates, and arch enemies of Too Sweet, his brothers Flappy and Dap. Lukas and Randy became criminals. But Too Sweet, and Flappy became a Policeman. Lukas robbed an armor truck and planned to get caught. So his brother could get away and hide the money. He was arrested by Too Sweet and Flappy and was sent to Prison for twenty years. There was an old army fort out west, near Needles California. Lukas and Randy used to visit when they were kids. After almost twenty years, the fort was run down and put up for sale, dirt cheap. Randy bought the fort with big dreams. After Lukas got out of prison they convert the fort into a small town and named it WHERE COWBOY ARE MADE. Flappy hears about this town and the news, but unfortunately for Flappy, he missed the first part of the news report, therefore missing the warning. Flappy, wanting to fulfill a childhood fantasy of becoming a cowboy. But he didn't know that the town was owned by the guy he and his brother put in prison. But now Lukas owns the town, where he's Mayor, sheriff judge, and prosecutor. Prison life made him hard, so his a mean dude. But it's one guy Lukas is terrified of. They called him Sleepy.
