The analysis of the fatty acids in the two varieties of sesame seed (Sesamun indicum L.) oil was done using a Shimadzu QP2010 plus series gas chromatography coupled with Shimadzu QP2010 plus mass spectroscopy detector (GC-MS) system. Soap was produced using cold-process and its quality was analyzed using certain procedures.
