M.L. Miller was born in Washington state, grew up in Oregon and, having lived in various places around the United States, he is now back living in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Wilawan. Having studied Economics/Finance at the University of Hartford in Connecticut, M.L. began a career in recruitment in 1997, working for hundreds of client companies from Fortune 100 large companies to start-ups. During this time, he has conducted somewhere between twenty and thirty thousand job interviews and has hired thousands of employees in a variety of roles from entry-level positions to C-Suite and Board-Level. His abilities caused him to branch out to start Ethical Recruiters, Inc. and later to found SoaringME, a company that educates candidates on successful job interviewing.
