This book focuses on the role of social accountability intervention in improving quality of primary education in selected schools in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Social accountability is an emerging program being implemented in Ethiopia to improve the proper delivery of essential social services for citizens including children.This research was conducted in Ethiopia where accesses to quality primary education for children especially to those who are most vulnerable is very limited. This research paper gives readers an insight on the extent of social accountability program implementation and how social accountability as a tool has contributed to improved quality of primary education. The research findings revealed that, the social accountability intervention has not brought improvement in some quality indicators. Hence, the research identified key recommendations for policy maker and practitioner to address the gaps and its implication for positive social change.
