This work traces the role of social capital and strategies for strengthening it in order to ensure effective and efficient management of natural and man-made disaster risks. To collect the data, questionnaire surveys of 383 households, focus group interviews, and research meetings were conducted. Several techniques, including content analysis, analysis of variance, etc., allowed us to assign meanings to the field data. Nacido en 1991 en Goma, al este de la RDC, Aganze Cimusa comenzó sus estudios primarios en 1996. Después estudió pedagogía general en secundaria, donde obtuvo un diploma estatal en 2010. En la Universidad, estudió medio ambiente y desarrollo sostenible, donde obtuvo una licenciatura en 2015.
