Social security is a basic right of human beings. A Dra. Mahesh Maharjan recebeu o doutoramento em Ciência Informática e Engenharia pela Universidade de Singhania em 2017. Recebeu o primeiro mestrado em Ciências Sociais (Sociologia) pela Universidade Tribhuvan em 2005 e o segundo mestrado em Aplicações Informáticas (MCA) pela Universidade Purbanchal em 2008.
