This work examines the perception of the participants to the study through social communication over the health programmes implementation in Chad, especially the case of malaria in Chari Baguirmi Region. The social communication provides to public a way of information exchange activity which requires, gathering and learning about how people perceive and vehicle messages in order to sustain their healthy status.
