In the beginning, all human beings lived together in the same community and shared everything together. It was when people started to create borders between them that division was born. Conflict arises when at least two people in the same group no longer share the same ideas. The qualitative approach was adopted for this research. Thus, six categories of actors were identified. Also, techniques (documentary research, observation, individual interviews and focus groups) and data collection tools (observation grid and interview guide) were used to conduct this research. The results obtained indicate that on the PSFT, the faithful integrate the groups in order to better live their faith. Interpersonal conflicts are always resolved in a discreet manner. The board members of these different groups wait for these conflicts to arise first before choosing the type of resolution mechanisms that go with them. As a perspective, it will be a matter of extending this research on the mechanisms of resolution and management of interreligious conflicts.
