This study examines the roles of Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and impart initiative on the growth of small and medium enterprises in Nigeria. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between CSR and the growth of SMEs in Nigeria. Through CSR practices, an organization can gain a competitive advantage over competitors. Quantitative research was used for the study. By means of research designed questionnaire, primary data were obtained from the management and staff of Domestico Nigeria with a population size of 85. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis. The correlation coefficient showed a positive relationship between CSR strategies and impart initiatives and the growth of SMEs. The study concludes that CSR strategies and impart initiatives have a positive relationship with the growth of SMEs because of the competitive advantage it gives to the company. The study further recommends that Domestico continues with CSR practices, but should most importantly "select their devils", so they don't run into trouble. That CSR engagement should be sustainable and provide the necessary effect in the environment.
