Vrajlal Sapovadia, professeur de finance, de comptabilité et de droit, a beaucoup travaillé sur la stratégie commerciale, les coopératives, la microfinance, l'émancipation des femmes et la gouvernance d'entreprise. Il a été professeur au NICM, à la BK School, à l'IIM et à la Shanti Business School, à Ahmedabad, et facilitateur principal à la Banque mondiale. Kandarp et Akash sont ingénieurs.
