This publication aims to disseminate, without authorial zeal, the concepts and instruments that will help a more objective and deeper understanding of the social management of social programs.For this purpose, the following thematic axes have been structured in order to cover the different contents: - Social programmes: conceptualization and typologies.- The processes of organization and management of social programmes.- Inter-institutional articulation: Conceptualization, models and successful experiences. The empirical basis of these concepts and instruments (typologies and models) is based on national and regional Latin American studies by ECLAC, INDES, RIMSIP, the Institute of Communication and Development, FAO, etc., as well as our professional experience in teaching and in the field of social development praxis in Peru.
