Social Media for the Soul is about giving you food for thought, and maybe wake the sleeping giant that is hiding within you. Wisdom comes in many shapes and forms and no matter how this wisdom is packaged, it is a gift not only for you but those you share it with. I have approached Social Media for the Soul by taking small bites at a time and not rushing in guns blazing so to speak. I have learnt that when you read something you gain an insight or an understanding that leads to compassion. Then you read the same again and, if you are open to this, you may allow yourself to see the words with new eyes. As a result you grow, not only in mind, body and spirit, but you soon feel the strength of that filter down through all areas of your life. It takes time to build your masterpiece. In time you will find that things begin to be reflected back to you, be it from others, even in your own strength, or even in your mirrored reflection. Remember no masterpiece was built in a day. Remember to enjoy all the journey's you get to take in life and stop looking for the destination. It will only slow you down.
