This study is on Social Media News Feeds on Farmers-Herder Clashes in Selected Local Government Areas in Benue State. The work sought to investigate social media reportage of farmers-herder clashes in Benue State. The Uses and Gratification Theory was used to support the study. The researchers used survey research design to collect data from 384 respondents. Major findings of the study revealed that, Facebook is the social media platform that is mostly used in reporting farmers-herders clashes in Benue State. It was also found that social media provide newsfeeds on the farmers-herders clashes in Benue State to a very large extent. Based on the findings, the study concludes that the choice of the Benue people to always report these clashes on Facebook was because the people perceived the social media platform to interactive, accessible and capable of attracting the attention of supportive organizations.
