The following research has the general objective of determining the relationship between the use of social networks and promotion in Elizabeth News: 2019. In order to fulfil the objectives of the thesis, the type, level and design of the research is applied, descriptive and correlational respectively.The population is represented by 60 clients of Novedades Elizabeth. Subsequently, a 22-question questionnaire was applied for data collection, after expert evaluation and validation through Cronbach's alpha coefficient once the data was collected, obtaining 0.835 of acceptability.
