Thyra Uth Thomsen is Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. Lise Drewes Nielsen is Professor in the Department of Environment and Social Studies at Roskilde University, Denmark, and Henrik Gudmundsson is Senior Researcher at the National Environmental Research Institute in Denmark.
