Christian social doctrine is going through a period of radical transformations and a fundamental rethinking of the mission of the Orthodox Church in the modern world. These processes are connected not only with the challenges of globalization but also with the search for new conceptual meanings of the expression of one's teaching, which would meet the requirements of today. The main features of the social teaching of the church are openness to dialogue with the state, politics and civil society and the ability to conduct scientific conversations and discussions with representatives of modern secular science because an effective combination of the theory of public administration and social church practice, intellect, reason and religious intuitions contributes to the birth of a new methodology knowledge of the world and society.
