This research focuses its study on the Social Representations built on the fundamental right to education in the context of a health crisis by the students belonging to the BECARB School of La Calera, during the year 2020, having child participation as a notion. The relevance it brings to the Social Sciences and especially to the discipline of Social Work, is due to the fact that it focuses on an unprecedented study, considering the current health context due to the COVID 19 pandemic, so having a study scientific study that describes the experience of the students about the Right to Education will allow us to approach the construction of Social Representations that make up the subjects of studies in the face of the phenomenon of study.
