This research also focuses on the social representations of academic success/failure of their teachers and principals. Jean Windsor VINCENT trabaja en la acogida y la franqueza de los recién llegados para el Ministère de l'immigration, de la diversité et de l'inclusion (MIDI). Estudió Historia en la Universidad de las Antillas Guyanas, en Martinica. El Sr. Vincent se doctoró en Educación en la Universidad de Quebec, en Montreal.
