This work aims to understand the factors that may explain social responsibility in financial inclusion in Benin's decentralized financial systems (DFS). Thus, we conducted a comprehensive qualitative study based on individual semi-structured interviews with the managers of 10 SFDs, whose data were presented and processed using thematic content analysis.
