Marzena ¿akowska is Assistant Professor at War Studies University, Warsaw, Poland. She has published numerous articles on the Balkan region and armed conflicts, including "The roots of armed conflicts -multilevel security perspective" and "Strategic challenges for Serbia's integration with the European Union".
