Dr. J. Maria Agnes Sasitha ist Professorin und Leiterin der Abteilung für Soziologie am Stella Maris College. Sie verfügt über mehr als zehn Jahre Lehrerfahrung und interessiert sich für soziologische Forschung, Entwicklung und Aktivismus. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Gender, religiöse Konflikte und die Versklavung von Kindern durch Arbeit. Aktivistin bei Regreen-Initiativen.
