Despite the differences in the understanding of knowledge, free discourse and all language problems, it remains a shared responsibility to identify points of contact and to make efforts in social relationships or in cultural matters.It is important to consider the equality of people, identity in its change, to question one's own standpoints and to engage with new things. The study is divided into the concepts of "Aspects of a Socio-Cultural Theory Discussion": Learning Field Politics/ and Neutrality Austria.
