The aim of this book is to present the development of the child's socialisation process when they are first introduced to Early Childhood Education. It is well known that the socialisation process can be slow, depending on the profile and life history of each child. The practices used in the classroom will clearly have an impact on the child's social and intellectual development. That's why it's up to the nursery school teacher in their teaching practice to provide activities that make the socialisation process more effective for children, especially those who are being introduced to school for the first time. Actions should be very cautious, as this is a phase of discovery where children are learning to live in this new space: school.
