In the opinion of specialists, practicing physical activities or sports influences the personality of young people and creates positive effects on the body and the mind. This period of primary formation and socialization is fundamental to the further development of the child. Passing from pre-school to school level can be a shock or a barrier in the integration process for the children into school and society, a communication problem developing a certain level of anxiety. The motor activities, whether organized, the physical education and sports lessons or sports training, either free or competitive, have at this age a strong ludic character, aiming both at developing motor and physical skills and most of the psych-social skills.

Prof. Dr. Pomohaci Marcel has more than 20 years of teaching communication and social integration through sport in higher education at "Lucian Blaga" University from Sibiu. Sopa Ioan Sabin has done his PhD Thesis on communication and social integration through motor activities and has experience in improving socialization through sport.
