Considering global economic growth, social inequalities and environmental degradation are the characteristics of our current reality, where unprecedented challenges for humanity are presented. This makes it necessary to transform the paradigm of development into one that leads us down the path of sustainable, lasting and inclusive development with a long-term vision. Since the gaps we have are structural and of low productivity, with segregation and lags in the quality of services, especially in education and health; these generate disproportionate impacts on the poorest and most vulnerable links of society.
