Sexuality education must guarantee the delivery of cognitive and behavioural sexual tools, with the aim of fully and effectively addressing sexuality. In this, socio-educational agents act to manage it. Among them, family, school and social communication media. The latter, seen as dominant, because of the scope of its action. The research purpose is to interpret the educational modality deployed by these agents and their interaction in the educational field. Thus, revealing specific behaviors of sexuality, adjusted to socio-culture, such as the meaning and sense of human action, is configured in social interaction, I assume symbolic interactionism as a research focus. Methodically, the Continuous Comparative Method of Grounded Theory is adopted, with the process of spiral analysis of Strauss and Corbin (1998). The search was done with a focus group and an in-depth interview. Theorizing that: The construction of sex education is done individually and lasts a lifetime. It has a universal intention.
