Assoc. Prof. Halidu Shafiu Kilishi holds a B.Sc in Geography and an M.Sc in Land Resources Management from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria. The author also holds a PhD in Wildlife Management from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is currently the Deputy Provost of Federal College of Wildlife Management, New Bussa, Niger State Nigeria.
